Professional Experience:

Since becoming an attorney in 2000, Shawn’s practice has focused on maritime and fishery matters, the formation and maintenance of small to medium-sized businesses, commercial transactions, including significant asset and stock transactions, and general commercial litigation (primarily involving maritime and fisheries disputes).  Shawn also has substantial experience representing clients in administrative law proceedings and appeals at the local, state, and federal levels.
